Informal Settlements, stumbling block towards a better life for all!

"While the Victor Khanye Local Muicipality (VKLM) over the years accelerated the process of transformation in line with national government's policy, there is still room for improvement. Our people are better off than yesterday and tomorrow they will be even better off, but we ust carry on to further enhance the lives of our people".
